As Koh Phangan’s only professional speedboat dive service, H2O schedule our trips to avoid the crowds. Departing straight from Thong Nai Pan Beach at a later hour than all other dive boats, we arrive at the sites when they’re at their best – peaceful, not crowded with divers. H2O take you to see fish, not people. With a maximum of 10 divers per day on our boat*, we ensure small groups and a personalized service, aiming to provide our guests with the best dive experience possible.
H2O Original PADI 5-Star Center has been operating out of the beautiful beaches of Thong Nai Pan since 2003. Our story began long ago, when Thong Nai Pan was a little-known backpacker haunt dotted with simple bamboo huts. Over the years, we’ve grown up alongside its pristine beaches and thriving local community into Koh Phangan’s premier boutique dive company, offering the island’s best service. In partnership with the island’s best resorts, H2O offer more choices for divers than any other dive school and has gained an excellent reputation for its high-quality customer service and constant innovation.

With our guests in mind, H2O dive only the sites in best condition based on season. As the seasonal winds change, so do the sites we dive and we will not take you to a dive site we know is out of season – that’s just bad business. As all divers know, the conditions can’t always be known with certainty until we jump in, however we exhaust all resources available to ensure you have a great day.
As a long established business in Thong Nai Pan, H2O have a number of community partners. Although we stick to the business of scuba diving, we work with several local businesses who can provide other reputable services. Whether you are interested in seeing a tropical island sunset, embarking on an island tour, a thrilling longtail journey, a hike in the jungle, spending the day eating or cooking traditional Thai food, dancing the night away at the best parties, exploring a deserted beach, drinking premium cocktails (or buckets!), we will happily connect you with the best local experts. As residents of the most beautiful beach on Koh Phangan, we love where we live and understand you have limited time here. Our hope is you’ll leave having seen and done the very best of our island home and loving it just as we do. For this, you need the inside track - H2O have it, so all you need to do is ask!

H2O Original can be found in our main office in the village of Thong Nai Pan Noi. If you are walking into the village from the beach, we are about 30 meters in, on the right side, just past the delicious fruit shake shacks!
On Thong Nai Pan Yai Beach, our home is at Pen’s Bungalows in the center of the beach.
H2O Original can also be found through your resort’s reception and front office staff. If you stay at Anantara Rasananda, Buri Rasa Resort, Santhiya Resort & Spa, or Panviman Resort, simply ask and they’ll give us a ring. It’s easy for us to pop up to see you within the comfort of your resort.
